Borée is a collective of mobilized and committed partners working together to improve the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean food system.
Borée's mission is to pursue the mobilization, collaboration and regional consultation of the territorial food system, around a vision associated with the boreal food identity, to ensure its sustainable development.
