Advantageous leave policy

Our internal committees are driven by team members who want to get involved and help our workplace evolve. They enable us to put forward ideas, launch initiatives and make a concrete contribution to the life of the organization.

🧭 Organizational culture committee

Visit organizational culture committee ensures that the La Cantine pour tous culture lives on, evolves and grows with the team. It organizes moments of togetherness during working hours and oversees recognition initiatives that punctuate team life, such as anniversaries, departures, maternity leave and other important moments.

Lastly, he oversees all other internal committees, ensures sound budget management and supports them as needed in carrying out their activities.

🌿 Ecological Transition Committee

Visit ecological transition committee reflects on and implements concrete actions to reduce our environmental impact. It proposes initiatives, tests new practices and contributes to the evolution of our ways of working towards more responsible models. It focuses on the following areas: waste management, sustainable mobility, responsible procurement, resource management and knowledge building (workshops/training).

He is also in charge of our Good practice guide for a healthy ecological transition for our team.

🎉 Social Committee

Visit social committee creates opportunities to get together and share convivial moments outside working hours. Through regular activities and events, he contributes to strengthening bonds between colleagues, nurturing team spirit and fostering a warm work culture. He is also responsible for organizing the Holiday Party, a much-anticipated event for our team!
