The main mission of the Coopérative de solidarité alimentaire des Sources, located in Val-des-Sources (formerly Asbestos), is to offer all students quality meals adapted to their needs, with an emphasis on healthy eating, sustainable development and local purchasing, while serving as a cooperative educational tool and supporting food aid.
