All our caterers are non-profit organizations and members of our collective. They prepare and deliver meals as close to you as possible.

Payment at the door allows you to pay upon delivery, without entering your credit/debit card information online. At no extra charge.

Why frozen meals?
All our meals are delivered frozen, directly from our local member organizations. Freezing is a safe and healthy way to preserve food. It preserves the flavors and nutritional qualities of food.
It's also a good way to reduce food waste. The dishes will keep for several months in your freezer. Individual portions can be reheated in just a few minutes.

Should I make a commitment?
No. You can order as often as you like, without any commitment or automatic renewal.
Please note that our catering members may impose a minimum order value. Some even offer free delivery, depending on the value of your order.
Don't forget that these are frozen dishes that can be kept in the freezer for several weeks.
Who prepares the food?
The dishes are prepared by the community, social integration and social economy organizations in our collective, committed to healthy eating that is accessible to everyone in Quebec.
They prepare meals in compliance with hygiene regulations, and are internally certified to La Cantine pour tous.
Do you offer discounts or free meals?
Our offer is open to all, and we do our utmost to make our portion prices as affordable as possible.
Some caterers offer dishes from $6/portion. Please note that La Cantine pour tous is a registered NPO. All our sales are tax-free.
Finally, we also offer a social pricingfor seniors who need it. This is available under certain conditions, upon referral by a social worker

La Cantine pour tous is a non-profit organization (NPO) that federates social and solidarity economy organizations whose common mission is to contribute to solving food insecurity, and other food-related issues, in Quebec.
