Borée is a collective of mobilized and committed partners who unite their efforts to improve the food system in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean.
Borée’s mission is to continue the mobilization, collaboration and regional consultation of the territorial food system, around a vision associated with the boreal food identity, to ensure sustainable development.
