O’ J’ai Faim’s mission is to collect unsold food from producers and retailers,
process it in a professional setting, and then redistribute it in the form of nutritious, affordable, homemade meals—particularly in elementary schools. The project is part of a circular economy approach that promotes food autonomy and socio-professional integration for young people and those who are distant from the job market.
